Maroon Cotton Embroidered Kurta Set with Lace Detailing & Dupatta

Classic and full of thoughtful details, this maroon kurta set is perfect for festive days, pujas and family gatherings. The soft cotton is comfortable and breathable, with a rich, elegant colour.

The kurta features a V-neckline with fine white striped thread work, a front placket of fabric-covered potli buttons finished with tassel latkans, and dainty embroidered buttis scattered across the body. The flared sleeves have a wide floral embroidered cuff with lace edging, and lace inserts run along the sides. The hem is finished with a delicate cutwork lace border. It comes with matching straight pants with a lace-trimmed hem and a dupatta with striped thread-work borders and embroidered buttis.

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7–12 working days. Delays may occur due to remote locations, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges: Free delivery on all prepaid orders. COD is available at serviceable pin codes, with a ₹99 COD fee on orders below ₹2,099. No COD fee on orders above ₹2,099.

Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order through our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Issues: Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or repeated refusal may incur re-shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Items: Please record an unboxing video and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Free Size Exchange: Request a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Worn, washed, altered, damaged items or products marked as final sale/clearance are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request: Email sutrasora@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, required size, and product photos if applicable. Exchanges are processed after a quality check.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items: Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or refund if replacement is unavailable.

Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or unavailable replacements. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after quality verification. COD refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Handmade Products: Slight variations in colour, weave, print, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products. Colours may also vary slightly due to screen settings.
