Thank you for shopping with Sutrasora. Every piece is handmade with care, so please read our shipping details below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation.
  • Because our pieces are handmade, some items may take slightly longer. We will inform you if that happens.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery takes 7-12 working days from the date of order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or during festive seasons, sales and unforeseen events such as weather disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across serviceable pin codes. No COD charges on orders above ₹2,099. A COD fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,099.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will send tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or repeated refusal, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may then apply.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number. Sutrasora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Damaged or Missing Package

  • If your package looks tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sutrasora@gmail.com.
