We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Free Size Exchange

  • We offer a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability in the requested size.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a different size, store credit [or refund, as per your decision].

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during final-sale or clearance offers (if marked as such)

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email sutrasora@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, the product, the size you need, and clear photos if the request is about a defect.
  3. Our team will confirm and arrange a pickup, or share return instructions.
  4. Once the item reaches us and passes quality check, the new size will be dispatched.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
  • We will arrange a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of a damaged or defective product, a wrong item, or when a replacement is not available.
  • Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after quality check.
  • For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your details.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Note on Handmade Products

  • Our products are handmade, so slight variations in weave, print, colour and finish are natural. They are a mark of authenticity, not a defect. Colours may also look slightly different due to screen settings.
